The Librarian will pledge his/her commitment to help the school achieve its mission, goals, and vision; value community; bring a spirit of enthusiasm, energy, and willingness to take thoughtful initiative in a collaborative setting. The librarian will create, manage, and maintain the library system to ensure students, faculty, and staff have access to a state-of-the art school library facility. He / She will provide support with information literacy skills, encourage and assess reader development through special activities, and train students to utilize the resources and information literacy. Manage the Library use to meet the educational goals of the school. Handle all the library duties (cataloguing & classifying all the new arrival books and other duties). He/she will Provide support to teachers, Lead teachers to improve and enhance the library’s learning environment. Manage & organize the school book fair. |
