The teacher will pledge his/her commitment to help the school achieve its mission, goals, and vision; value community; bring a spirit of enthusiasm, energy, and willingness to take thoughtful initiative in a collaborative setting. The teacher should be committed to further the intellectual and personal development of students, inspiring and empowering them to become positive, active global citizens. The teacher is expected teach all aspects related to the relevant subject and curriculum. Promote, and evaluate students’ academic performance, behavior, and social/emotional development. Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and engagement that provide students with opportunities to observe, question, and investigate. Identify students showing signs of emotional, developmental, or health-related problems, and discuss them with supervisors, parents or guardians, and SEN Department. Assess students through conducting quizzes, tests, project. Utilize different types of technology in the classroom in order to create meaningful learning experiences for students of all ages. |
