Position Overview
The Arabic Teacher plays a key role in supporting the school’s mission and fostering student growth. The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm, collaboration, and a commitment to helping students develop both academically and personally. The teacher is expected to uphold and promote the values of the UAE, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and alignment with the national vision. This role requires strong subject knowledge, a student-centered approach, and the ability to create meaningful, engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver balanced, engaging lessons that promote inquiry, critical thinking, and creativity.
• Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development in coordination with the SEN team and school leadership.
• Integrate technology effectively to enhance instruction and student learning.
• Build students’ proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing to support real-world communication in Arabic.
• Promote a love of Arabic reading and writing and encourage purposeful Arabic language use across various contexts and cultures.
• Assess and track student progress in alignment with MOE-approved curriculum and standards.
• Maintain a classroom environment that fosters curiosity, respect, and active participation. |
