Job Description
Position Overview The Multimedia & Marketing Coordinator works closely with the school community to plan, develop, and deliver engaging content that showcases teaching and learning, student achievements, and school life. This position includes managing social media and digital platforms, producing high-quality multimedia content, and supporting communication through surveys, reports, templates, and data-driven tools. The coordinator designs interactive content including video, audio, animation, and web-based material to support curriculum initiatives and school events. The coordinator also promotes the school to internal and external stakeholders, including parents, media, and the wider community, while ensuring all content complies with safeguarding, consent, data privacy, and KHDA/ADEK requirements. Key Responsibilities · Plan and execute key marketing and communication initiatives aligned with the school’s vision and priorities. · Develop and coordinate key marketing campaigns for student enrolment, parent retention, and the long-term reputation of the school. · Coordinate and manage campaign production schedules, ensuring the timely collection of all required content, including video, photography, interviews, voice recordings, and written materials. · Ensure consistency of branding, messaging, and tone across all marketing and communication materials. · Collaborate with school leadership to align campaigns with academic milestones, events, and school calendar priorities.
