Position Overview
The Islamic Education Teacher plays a key role in supporting the school’s mission and fostering student growth. The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm, collaboration, and a commitment to helping students develop both academically and personally. The teacher is expected to uphold and promote the values of the UAE, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and alignment with the national vision. This role requires strong subject knowledge, a student-centered approach, and the ability to create meaningful, engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver balanced, engaging lessons that promote inquiry, critical thinking, and creativity.
• Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development in coordination with the SEN team and school leadership.
• Integrate technology effectively to enhance instruction and student learning.
• Teach Islamic Education to assigned grade levels in accordance with the approved curriculum and instructional materials.
• Promote Islamic values and ethics in the classroom and throughout the school community.
• Assess and track student progress in alignment with MOE-approved curriculum and standards.
• Maintain a classroom environment that fosters curiosity, respect, and active participation. |
